We run official tournaments for Pokemon, One Piece, Magic the Gathering and loads more! It could be we just haven’t realised how popular your game of choice is! If they’re available (or will be soon) we’re more than happy to order you any items we’re able to source that we don’t currently stock. Parking;

A social media post has come to our attention regarding a safeguarding issue impacting the store and how we initially dealt with the concerns.

Firstly, we would like to express our sincerest apologies to Ria for how this matter was handled. In our communications, we did not meet our own standards for ensuring Underworld Games is an inclusive and safe space. We’re sorry.

To be clear, the individual in question is banned from Underworld Games.

We have been in constant contact with the police around this incident since it was highlighted to us earlier in the year and continue to update the police with new information as we are made aware of it. Our understanding is they are currently investigating this situation, and we would not wish to jeopardise any ongoing police investigation.

We vow to do better going forward and will always treat safeguarding concerns with the utmost seriousness. We’re sincerely sorry for any distress caused.

Our aim at Underworld Games is to be an inclusive place for everyone and we take all safeguarding concerns seriously. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour in store and in our community.

We would again like to extend our sincerest apologies to those affected and want to reassure that Underworld will learn from this and do better going forward.

This week i am recommending erasable tokens. These are great for when you are playing magic and have lots of different decks or need lots of different tokens. They are dry erasable and come with a pen, this means you can label as you like and draw whatever art on them you fancy. Super cool and use product!
