Ever feel like you’re running 472 mental tabs at once while trying to explain your brain to people who just don't get it? It gets exhausting. So much of neurodivergent life is spent masking, overthinking, or wondering why "simple" things feel so hard, when all you really want is to understand what works for you and sit in a room where you don't have to explain a single thing - because people already get it.
That feeling is the entire reason I created Seen & Supported.
Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or quietly sitting there thinking "wait, is this why I do that?", you belong here.
If any of that sounds like you - hello, welcome, you’re in good company! I’m Stella - a certified ADHD & AuDHD coach, late-diagnosed AuDHDer, ND mum (plus resident pattern spotter, dot-connector, detail detective, and relentless finder of practical solutions). I wanted to create a space where you can safely unpack your journey, untangle practical support, and build real connection.
I’ll be in the room with a hot drink (that I’ll probably forget to drink before it gets cold), ready for whatever you need that morning. We can chat casually about late-identified life, burnout, parenting, relationships, hormones, or untangle practical things like Access to Work grants, workplace adjustments, and applying for the personal, family, and financial support you’re actually entitled to.
And if you just need help breaking down a task you’ve been putting off or getting past that initial freeze (or avoiding it completely!), we can tackle that together too. Trust me, I get it!
But if you get there and your social battery is sitting at 1% flashing red, no stress. You can literally just come for a shake and a cake (they don't just serve tea here!), test-drive all the fidgets, and quietly exist. Eye contact and small talk are entirely optional!
Now that I’ve survived the absolute cringe of writing an entire post introducing myself, the awkward internet introduction is officially done! So now that you know who I am, you’ll see a familiar face when you arrive, and we can skip the formal intro talk completely and get stuck into what really matters: real connection, genuine understanding, tea, and of course, cake (yum!).
