Following the latest announcement from the Government regarding the relaxation of social distancing and mask wearing in public, we would like to clarify our position as an indoor close contact business.
We will continue to wear masks whilst working and ask all clients, respecting the fact that not all of our staff are fully vaccinated yet, to wear masks throughout their treatments unless they are genuinely exempt on medical grounds.
We will continue to socially distance in the salon and only see one client at a time. This means that we can only see 70 per cent of our normal client capacity.
This reduced capacity places ongoing financial stress on the business so we implore clients to check their appointment times and make sure they attend. If clients can’t attend due to self isolation or illness then please let us know as soon as possible so that we have a chance to fill the appointment.
We will continue to charge full price for children’s haircuts and they must be old enough to be left alone with a mask on for their appointment.
We appreciate that everyone is bored now by being told what to do and we can’t wait to move on.
We will continue to offer superb service under difficult circumstances whilst keeping our staff and clients as safe as possible.

Thanks for a potential reopening date Boris . If the 4 targets are met we will contact everyone who has missed an appointment first and then we will start taking new bookings after March 8th. Don’t panic we won’t be open for another 7 weeks but we will get everyone back in the salon asap.
