🎙️ As heard on BBC Radio Nottingham!

Our Donation Station initiative is helping give unused music equipment a second life, putting instruments and resources into the hands of people who can benefit from them most.

If you've got music gear gathering dust, why not donate it? Every instrument, accessory and piece of equipment can help create new opportunities for learning, creativity and performance.

🎸 Donate your gear. 🎵 Support your local music community. ❤️ Make a real difference.

Your old instrument could be someone's new beginning.

The MLC Donation Station is all about giving music a second life.

That guitar you haven't played in years, the keyboard gathering dust, the drum kit sitting in storage... each one could help someone discover the joy of making music.

We're looking for:
🎸 Instruments to donate
🔧 People who can help repair equipment
🚚 Support with collections and deliveries
⏰ Volunteers who can spare some time

Every contribution helps make music more accessible across our community.

Ready to make a difference?

Make a difference. Donate your gear.

This Sunday, Laura from MLC will be joining Dean Jackson on BBC Radio Nottingham to launch the MLC Donation Station.

The idea is simple:

If you have an instrument you no longer use, skills you can share, tools you can lend, or time you can volunteer, you can help more people access music.

🎸 Donate instruments 🔧 Help repair equipment 🚚 Support collections and deliveries ⏰ Volunteer your time 🎶 Help create opportunities for local musicians

The MLC Donation Station isn’t just about donations.

It’s about a community coming together to keep music alive, accessible, and affordable for everyone.

Listen to the interview this Sunday and find out how you can get involved.
