We are hurtling towards birthday season in our house. In our family November to January is one birthday after another, in fact in our house we have THREE birthdays in one week!!!

When I was growing up May was the crazy birthday season in my extended family with aunts, uncles and cousins!

I've been really quiet on here over the summer and as we've got back into September.

October marks Babyloss Awareness month. Babyloss awareness is really close to my heart after we lost two babies to miscarriage in 2017 and 2018.

1 in 4 pregancies end in miscarriage and it means that huge numbers of families have lost much longer for babies.

Grief can be incredibly lonely and that's a big part of why I created sympathy cards that don't suck.

This Babyloss awareness month please consider grabbing a card and letting someone you know who's experienced a miscarriage know that they aren't forgotten. You can help remove some of the loneliness and some of the taboo around miscarriage and babyloss.
