Time for another humongous thank you.

This time it's aimed at all the organisers and volunteers behind for putting on another great Secret Garden Craft Fair, and to the people of Sherwood (and beyond) for turning out in force despite the miserable weather.

We got quite damp setting up - it was fully raining at that point; thank goodness for that tree which kept my stock (mostly) dry until my gazebo was in place.

After that it was plain sailing. Lots of lovely chats, lots of returning customers and lots of friendly faces. We hardly missed the sun at all!

I even managed to get out from behind my stall towards the end of the day and run around treating myself (that's the true sign of a good day - when you allow yourself to spend some of your takings!) A huge THANK YOU from me (and Mr Badger & Miss Fox) to everyone involved in creating such a fabulous weekend at .arttrail

I loved watching people coming through the doorway at and mouthing "Wow" as they saw the racks of records and the coffee shop beyond (if you're not a coffee drinker, they make an excellent cup (or pot) of tea too!)

And I lost count of the number of people who told me I had the best spot in town. Apologies to all the other makers this time... but it really is the luck of the Art Trail draw; hopefully everyone gets the chance to have the best venue at least once in their Art Trail life.

Now to sort out the unpacking and get ready to do it all again on Saturday for the Secret Garden Craft Fair at Sherwood Art Week.
