The newest Jellycat Independent Retailer Exclusive has officially arrived with us today, and we know lots of you have been very excited about this one!

We’re expecting Fizzleskip to be incredibly popular, so we just have a few important things to let you know before the excitement begins…

🧡 First come, first served

🧡 One Fizzleskip per customer, household or group

🧡 No holds or reservations, so please don’t ask us to pop one aside

🧡 We’re currently being inundated with Jellycat messages, so unfortunately we’re unable to reply to individual stock enquiries

🧡 Fizzleskip is available in our shop only, not online

And one slightly less exciting but very important bit. Please be kind to our team. We completely understand how exciting these releases can be, but verbal abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and anyone behaving this way will be asked to leave.

We know there’s lots of excitement around tomorrow’s new Jellycat release!

Please be aware that, as always, we’ll announce it on our social media as soon as our stock arrives.

We’re being inundated with phone calls, emails and messages, but please don’t worry. As soon as we have them, you’ll be the first to know here.

Although tomorrow is the official release date, it doesn’t mean every independent stockist will have received their delivery in time to have it on sale first thing, so please bear with us (and all your lovely local independents!) and treat staff with kindness 🧡

A huge thank you to you all for baring with us over summer whilst we’ve been short staffed, we really appreciate it ❤️

We try really hard to train them well, but sometimes you just can’t get the staff - short or tall 🤣
