There’s no better time to raise a glass of our very own Priory Farm Classic Cuvée, created in collaboration with and crafted using the Great British Classic Method.

This elegant sparkling wine blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with delicate aromas of red berries, light citrus and a hint of peach. Fresh, balanced and wonderfully celebratory, it’s the perfect way to toast Surrey Hills Wine Week.

Alongside our Classic Cuvée, you’ll also find a selection of Albury Vineyard wines in our Farm Shop, including the limited-release Silent Pool Rosé and Silent Pool White.

At our Shepherds Hut Café, we proudly serve the Priory Farm Estate Blend - roasted locally by B Corp–certified at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking.

This smooth, medium-dark Latin American blend is rich with chocolate, caramel, and nutty flavours, freshly crafted by our baristas in all of our cafés.
