We love a challenge and our brief was to install a kitchen on the upper floor of a home in Aberystwyth with amazing views and a very narrow staircase! 🙄 The answer was to install a scaffold ramp, ask our amazing installation team to remove the old and bring in the new through a window and voila! The result was more than worth it!
Our clients wanted a space that opened the room to host dinner parties; to enable them to work & dine together socially in the kitchen - plus they wanted a little bit of ‘Wow!’ that better matched their style and personalities.
‘Wow!’ achieved perfectly with blue lacquer & sanremo oak finishes, Silestone Ethereal Glow quartz worktops, stainless steel Quooker tap & accessories.
A wrap-around feature wall panel and colour-matched wall paint prevent the space from feeling linear and we love the drama it creates (plus it's practical too)!

It's time to post another client's kitchen featuring Wingline bar & pantry units from Alku and a curved breakfast bar. This was a long-term project as we were looking at different options on how to best change the footprint of the ground floor. (We will do another post soon with more details.) This kitchen has completely changed the dynamics of the home & we think it's absolutely stunning!

One of my current projects is designing the interior for a future holiday rental property (currently in the early stages of construction). Working within the eaves of a pitched roof can be somewhat challenging—especially if it also has hipped ends. You need to consider head height, so bringing units or furniture forward and creating storage behind is one solution. Working on bathrooms can also be tricky because you need sufficient height for showers, toilets (think men), and basins. Our clients had a clear brief and some fantastic design ideas, and the final result looks amazing (if I do say so myself)! I can’t wait for it to be finished and look forward to my first stay—I’ll keep you all updated.
