Last Sunday we welcomed guests into the roastery for another of our popular Create Your Own Coffee Blend courses, and what a day it was!

The courses started with an intro from Head Chimp Andy, followed by a cupping session and the creation of some unique blends.

It was great to meet with so many people across the two courses and we loved chatting about the wonderful world of specialty coffee. We hope you learned a lot and are now enjoying your delicious custom blends at home!

As the weather is set to warm up we thought it was a good time to bring you a step-by-step guide to making the perfect iced coffee at home, Two Chimps style 😊

Head Chimp Laura takes you through the simple process that only requires:

☕️ Double espresso (we’ve used our medium-dark roast, orange label coffee)
🥛 Whole (or your choice of) milk
🥄 A teaspoon of brown sugar
🧊 Plenty of ice
🧋 A glass and a straw

We had a fantastic time hosting our VIP barista training course on Saturday.

This invitation-only event was available to our coffee subscribers and, with limited spaces available, it booked up quickly! We enjoyed an awesome morning of making coffee, laughs and lots of talk about specialty coffee. Thanks to all for coming from far and wide, and keep your eyes peeled for another event soon!
