Up and down, every day. Your stair carpet has plenty to cope with. 👣

A shorter, denser pile is usually a practical choice for stairs, helping it stand up to regular foot traffic and resist flattening.

Choosing a carpet that’s suitable for stairs matters just as much as finding a colour you love. Pop into our Oakham showroom and we’ll help you find both.

Even the biggest or most complicated flooring projects can be planned with precision.

Our specialist software helps us map every area, calculate the materials required and find the most economical way to complete the installation. It accounts for everything from pile direction and joins to carpet and underlay, helping to reduce waste and provide an accurate quotation.

Loop, twist or Saxony? Each has a different look, texture and feel underfoot.

Loop carpets can add plenty of character, twist piles are a practical all-rounder, while Saxony carpets offer a softer, deeper finish.

The right option depends on the room, how it will be used and what matters most to you.

Choosing your flooring is one thing. How it meets the next room matters too.

Where carpet meets a hard floor, the right trim and careful fitting help create a neat transition. Door clearances and differences in floor height are worth considering before the fitting begins.

We’ll help you think through those details as well as the colours and styles.

Love a soft, fluffy carpet? It’s worth thinking about where it’s going to be fitted. 🏡

A longer pile can feel lovely underfoot, but it can flatten more quickly than a shorter pile. How much use the room gets should help guide your choice.

Pop into our Oakham showroom and we’ll help you find a carpet that balances comfort with everyday practicality.

There’s more to measuring a room than checking its length and width.

Doorways, fitted units, alcoves and awkward corners all need to be considered. An accurate measure helps us order the right amount of flooring and plan the fitting properly, with fewer unwelcome surprises.

Thinking about new flooring? Visit our Oakham showroom and we’ll help you plan every detail.
