Once you have dropped your jewellery off at our showroom, it is checked and cleaned by Heidi or Sara. Then it is assessed by our fully independent and qualified NAJ FIRV (National Association of Jewellers, Fellow of the Institute of Registered Valuers) valuer

Every Valuation includes a beautifully presented Portfolio, complete with a full description, appropriate replacement value, photographic images and a copy for your insurer’s own records...
