As today marks the last day our Devon store will be open for customers to visit and purchase from, tomorrow we will begin packing up the business ready for relocation and opening our new doors to our Hereford customers.
This is a huge moment for us as a business. Whilst we are incredibly excited for what lies ahead, it is also a little sad to be closing the doors on a place where we have built so many relationships and memories over the years.
We would like to thank all of our regular customers for the support you have shown us throughout the years. Many of you have become far more than just customers to us, and we truly hope you will continue to join us as we begin this exciting new chapter and continue ordering with us.
We are also very excited to begin this next stage alongside OCRA - Okehampton Community Recreation Association and look forward to developing a fantastic working relationship together.
To all of our Devon families, we would still love to hear how your children are getting on at school, especially after seeing so many of our customers grow from primary school right through to secondary school over the years. It has been such a privilege to be part of that journey with you all.
We will continue to keep everyone updated throughout the moving process, and please remember we are only ever a phone call away if you have any questions at all.
Please bear with us while we set up our new premises. We are endeavouring to be back up and running with as little disruption as possible. Orders may be delayed for dispatch during this time, but we have not forgotten you.
Thank you again for being part of our journey so far. We look forward to welcoming our new Hereford customers whilst continuing to support all of our existing customers as we move forward into this exciting new chapter.
