It was such a shame to lose the original parquet flooring of this grand old Rydal building. It was irreparable and the subfloor seriously dipped over the years. Myself and the very skilled Matthew Evans were very proud to be part of this project for a very reputable local mortgage and finace company 75point3. Hopefully it will give new housebuyers a bit of inspiration too as they walk out with their new mortgage. 👏

One of my customers got some flooring off the internet. 29 packs and it was all warped and wouldn’t go together. She is now struggling to get it picked up and get a full refund. Without trying to sound too patronising. When you buy off a local company it’s guaranteed and it’s always good quality and not B grade goods. Plus you are supporting your local economy and not somewhere in Birmingham. I ordered our flooring for next day delivery and we got it all fitted in 1 day so they could get their house back in order. 🏠👍🏽
