Our canal-side community gallery is closed until November 2026 but normally provides additional space for the local community and is the scene of varied art exhibitions, presentations, museum fundraising events and learning activities. Saddleworth Museum and Gallery is a registered charity (no. 528225) and fully accredited museum (no. 191). We are primarily independently funded relying on visitor admissions, gallery income, fundraising events and donations
