Just an update on the law and our policy, regarding returning goods to a shop. If you buy goods in a shop, you have no EU legal right to return the goods (for exchange or refund) unless the item is faulty. However, many shops voluntarily allow customers to return or exchange goods during a certain time period, provided you have the receipt. We don't give cash/credit card refunds at Valeria C Boutique on full priced goods, as our stock has a fast turnover, we do however, offer a credit note on full priced goods, provided the items all have their labels tagged and you have a receipt as proof of purchase. All our clothing and gifts are checked upon delivery for faults. There are no returns or credit notes allowed on sales or reduced items. We do not accept returns at all on leggings, tights, socks, earrings, underwear or footwear or face coverings, for obvious, hygiene reasons. We have been trading 8 years and have never had any problems with our policy, which is on show in the shop but thought we would take this opportunity to update everyone. Thank you x
