Look what just arrived in the shop! ✨ These stunning Medinilla (Flamenco) plants are absolute showstoppers with their gorgeous, draped pink blooms and lush, glossy leaves.
If you want to keep your Medinilla thriving and blooming at its absolute best, here are a few quick care tips:
🌤Light: They love plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. Keep them out of harsh, direct afternoon sun which can scorch their lovely leaves.
💧Watering: Allow the top couple of inches of soil to dry out slightly between waterings. They prefer consistent moisture but despise sitting in soggy soil.
🚿Humidity: As tropical beauties, they thrive in higher humidity environments—making them brilliant for bright bathrooms or kitchens, or given a regular gentle misting.
🌺Blooms: Medinillas typically put on their spectacular flowering show during the spring and summer months, producing those iconic hanging pink clusters that can last for weeks!
