A forever favorite, lavender is used frequently in magical and non magical applications. Because of its gentle scent, it is a wonderful herb to use with children, for it helps to bring on sleep and relaxation.

I took new product photos and I must say, I absolutely detest taking product photos. It’s so tedious and you have to get the angle just right and make everything “aesthetic”. But oh my goddess, when I put my mind to it, they can come out gorgeous.
These are my ✨macabre love wax melts✨
I have been burning these in my house daily and I just cannot get enough of this fragrance.
A rose fragrance with a spicy kick to it.
(I am not going to do my normal salesman speech here. I am going to speak human)
I burn and test every single fragrance I offer in my shop in my own home.

I want to see if you can live with it. Deal with it on a daily basis.
Some scents just move you. Change the way you deal with your day to day life. And that’s what I love about fragrances, if it’s right it can change your whole outlook. It can change your life. Some scents can hold memory, and it can be a wonderful experience.
But yeah, I started this post about new product photos and it ended up going back to fragrances. 😅
I just wanted to let everyone know that I just don’t put out random products. I personally think about and feel every single fragrance I put out.

✨Hecate✨

While researching the goddesses, I can see why Hecate has such a big following. Everything about her is so interesting, and she has become a personal favorite of mine.

Hecate was considered an ancient Thracian divinity and she was also a titan; the titans ruled the heavens, the earth and the sea. They gave mortals wealth, victory, wisdom and luck. According to her story, Hecate sometimes withheld these blessings if she felt mortals did not deserve them.
When the Olympians defeated the titans, Hecate was the only one allowed to retain her powers under the rule of Zeus. She was honored by all the immortal gods.

My Hecate rising moon melt is a strong, powerful fragrance that is also somehow feminine enough that it doesn’t become overpowering and overwhelming. I want something that would give her justice. With opening notes of citrus with honey tones, onto a heart of warming spices of cinnamon, all on a rich base of amber, patchouli, sandalwood, and musk.

✨Artemis✨

She wasn’t always kind and caring, even toward women. Her rashness was used to explain a woman’s sudden death, especially while giving birth. This aspect of the goddess has faded away with time. With the rise of feminism, Artemis has become an icon of feminine power and self-reliance.

Hi guys, I have decided to share some knowledge on why I have chosen to name some of my wax melts after the goddesses.
I know some of you may know them already, but I figured each day I’ll give a little random fact about them.
Like always it’s so much fun researching and learning more about the goddesses and ancient history. But, I know some people aren’t super nerdy like me, and I figured I’d make it easy and share some of my knowledge.
What I’m sharing is going to be super basic and for some people common knowledge, but for others this will be brand new.
Like always, I’d love to hear what you know about each goddess I am covering!

I came across these tiny brooms and I just couldn’t resist them. So now I am passing the cuteness on to you.

✨Tasseomancy✨(also known as tasseography) is a divination or fortune-telling method that interprets patterns in tea leaves, coffee grounds, or wine sediments.

With my version of tasseography, I have infused blue corn flowers in the wax, and you can interpret them as you see fit.

Tasseomancy: made from a coco soy blend, it’s infused with noble blue corn-flowers and a fragrant blend of bergamot, lemon and earl-grey tea to create a fresh, citrus scent. Further floral elements of jasmine, angelica and light florals finish off this luxurious scent - perfect for relaxing in comfort.

Estimated weight: 50grams

Approximately 8-10 hours of fragrance per wax melt
