The idea for "Uni-Box" originated from my personal experience when moving away from home and to university for the first time. I used to bring a heap of my washing back every other weekend much to the delight of my mum! On the Sunday after she had washed the heap she would pack the clothes straight back into the case I had brought the washing home in. It was then that she would hide under the clean clothing supplies for the next two weeks that I would be away from home. These supplies included; food that I wouldn't buy for myself, treats that are slightly out of a students budget, essentials from supernoodles and microwave rice to toothpaste and shower gel! This became a regular occurrence to which I would look forward and a surprise every time as to what would be inside! It made leaving home to return to university a lot easier and gave me something at the start of the week to look forward to. I started this business to allow other people to give the same boost to their loved ones away at university as my mum gave me.
