Absolutely loved teaching our first programmed Resin for Beginners workshop yesterday to a lovely group! Everyone’s creativity was flowing, some got inspired by what we had to play with and others bought in their own precious materials to embed.
A great two hour class to create some unique, personal keepsakes. Perfect for adults and children over 8 years old. (Children MUST be accompanied by a participating adult)

Our next session is on Saturday 1st August 10-12pm.

Another great workshop taster session yesterday with a lovely group. Thank you to everyone that came along. We played with enamel, beads, hammers and punches then finished the session with a lampworking bead demo.

We had visitors to our amazing student exhibition, showed new visitors around our workshop and told anyone that would listen about our full range of jewellery making workshops! Love, love, loved it!!

Thank you so much to everyone that came along to our workshop taster day yesterday and who visited our exhibition! We had a lovely day showing you some of our fantastic student exhibition and playing with some fun techniques specially chosen from our workshop programme!

Today is the first day of our Artweeks exhibition celebrating all we do here at Amy Surman School of Jewellery. Our student exhibition is amazing! The exhibition is open this weekend 11-4pm, both days, and the same next weekend , as well as our usually opening hours this week. Come along to see the outstanding work, wonderful ideas and be inspired. Vote for your favourite piece and maker and you could win a £50 workshop voucher!

This weekend I’m trading at the Harcourt Arboretum in Nuneham Courtenay for their Spring fair! So much happening with lots to see and do for the whole family.

We’ll be there selling our handmade jewellery and kits, promoting our workshops and telling you all about our workshop taster days coming up!

Currently feeling very ‘springy’ with our gorgeous gemstone necklaces and brightly coloured freshwater pearl earrings!

It’s the last day of .maker.space today! We’ve had a great weekend, met lots of lovely people and dogs, shared our passion with them all and got to spend some special time with fellow artists and crafters. We are open again today 10-4pm so you still have the opportunity to come and visit!
