👌🏼 Another one wrapped up!

2 x bedrooms, stairs & landing fitted in Cormar Primo Ultra – Shadow, sitting on 9mm Cloud 9 underlay.

The wrap-around top steps made a nice feature on this one 👌🏼 with everything finished off using premium black door bars for a clean, modern look.

Really pleased with how this one came together 🔥

A bit more involved than just laying the floor on this job.

The existing subfloor definitely wasn’t in the best condition, so plenty of prep was needed before we could even think about installing the new flooring.

🔨 First coat of latex to get the existing subfloor under control
💧 Liquid DPM to deal with the moisture
🔨 Second coat of latex over the top — creating a full DPM sandwich
👌 Then finally onto the good bit…

Finished with this herringbone LVT running right through the space. 👌

The finished floor is only ever as good as the preparation underneath it.
