💖 BRAND NEW GANACHE CLASS 💖

I’ve been wanting to create an elegant ganache class centred around a single tier cake so I’ve designed a gorgeous cake that I genuinely think EVERYONE love to have a go at! 🫶🏻

In this 1 day class we’ll be
✨ Filling our cakes with Swiss Meringue Buttercream
✨ Double-barrelling our tall cakes
✨ Covering them in ganache
✨ Creating sharp, clean edges
✨ And finishing with the full cake design - I’ll be posting this finished cake tomorrow 😍
