You don't need a huge budget for a stylish party. Guests won't remember how much you spent on them, they will only remember how much they enjoyed it!

Hiring reusable partyware is cheaper than buying everything new. There is less waste, less clutter and less unnecessary spending

How to plan for unpredictable British weather when hosting outdoors:

Have cosy touches like blankets and warm drinks ready in case the temperature drops

Choose sturdy decor that can handle a surprise gust of wind!

Keep the menu flexible, choose foods that work well served hot or cold

Always have a back up plan - a gazebo or indoor space can save the day

But most of all, don't obsess about the weather, some of the best parties happen under an umbrella!

✨ This Week ✨

I've just finished picking and packing a gorgeous blue baby shower setup for a client this week. It’s been really exciting to work with a completely different colour palette and styling some different vintage pieces after a run of very pink baby showers lately! 💙

Behind the scenes, my online shops are still coming together nicely and I’ve been adding lots of new items to the catalogue, including thoughtful little gifts that would make lovely end-of-term presents for the amazing teachers and educators in your life.

A little reminder that next week it will be half term, so while I’ll still be available by email and telephone as usual, replies may take a little longer at times while I juggle work and family life.
