Sam has been away this weekend and yesterday,

To The Flooring Show in Harrogate

Sam was not going this weekend but with the sad news of Ian James passing bless him such a lovely man and great installer, a Nicf legend he had a wicked sense humour and alway laughing,
who helped us along the way which don’t forget anyone who’s helped me, last min I went up to have some drinks and spend time with friends of the trade.

Also seen some lovely new tools and manufactures.

Great to catch up with Beach Bros Ltd and thanks for taking my out for a meal much appreciated 🥰 good night

Also had the please of Andy getting us some drinks Textures UK one of our leading lvt manufactures

Was great to catch up with all friends and make some new friends.

But this one for was Ian my trip rest in peace ❤️🫶

We are still on the lookout for a new team member!

We are looking for a learner to be taught by and work alongside Sam, Riley and Aidan (mainly working with Sam)

Qualities needed:

Polite
Punctual
Hard working
Clean and tidy
Loyal
Trustworthy
Have attention to detail

Working in customers houses and on commercial contracts, mostly in Torbay

Usual hours 9am – 5pm

Work clothing and PPE can be supplied

Good rates of pay to be discussed

This is a short-term position, with potential to lead to more for the right candidate. There will be a trial first for both parties. Full apprentiship for the right person.

Mainly Carpet and LVT work
We install carpets, sheet vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tiles (eg Karndean), wood, safety floor, artificial grass, naturals, sanding and sealing and carry out custom work. Sub floor prep; plywood, smoothing compound, damp proofing, grinding and much more.

🏆 WE’RE A FINALIST! 🏆

This Friday, we’re heading to the Contract Flooring Awards, and we couldn’t be more excited to be named as finalists! For a beautiful job we done for Hector's House Cat Rescue😍

A huge well done and thank you to the whole team for the amazing work that went into this project — especially Sam, Riley Parsonage and Aidan Parsonage. 👏🔥

The skill, effort and attention to detail that went into this job has been incredible, and seeing it recognised as a finalist makes us incredibly proud.

Now for the big question… can we bring the award home on Friday? Fingers crossed 👀🏆well was not to be this time.

Whatever happens, being shortlisted is a fantastic achievement and one the whole team can be proud of.
