A memory from 2014 selling Vintage Laura Ashley at a fair. I had no idea where this passion would take me then. Including being interviewed on TV and being presented to HRH King Charles . I have made so many wonderful friends along the way. I wonder what adventures the future holds

Another great week of Auction finds Mews Auction Rooms Limited . Some unique garden ornaments, a Vintage Brass coat stand to display hubbys cap collection, an unusual pottery cake stand and the perfect base to display some of our childhood collection of Britains models. Grand total for the lot with comission was £180.

We have new taps in our cloakroom so I needed some gold highlights. I painted the plug, flush and toilet brackets with some amazing gold paint. Found a new gold holdback. Added a large Laura Ashley Leopard which I already had. Made a sink frill with a Laura Ashley remnant, and finally every toilet needs a gold swan book holder 😂. Storage swan from NEXT
