Ok homies, I have news. Footfall in le doc, as all business owners know, is very low. I can't compete with the charity shops in price, and a niche shop in a town like this isn't happening. Most of my sales are online, and being stranded in the shop all the time leaves me unavailable for other more profitable missions. So, I have a plan. I'm going to turn the space into a dedicated puppet theatre and toy museum. I may as well do what I'm trained to do, which believe it or not, is theatre. There is no other dedicated puppet theatre or toy museum in South Wales, and though small, I reckon it has potential. I intend to do shows in here, and to have a community aspect, where people can come and get involved. I'll also be out and about doing good old Punch and Judy, my first bookings for which are at Pembroke festival in May. Retail is dead for now, and it's nowhere near busy enough to keep my brain occupied. I need a scheme, and this is the mother of all schemes. I'll still be selling, and I'll still post stuff on here that you can come and pick up. As always, if you need anything, just msg and I'll let you in. There will still be stuff for sale in here when the new venture starts, but the bric a brac will be gone. So, tally ho, pip pip.. it's all go! Thanks to all of you who have got me this far. 🙂♥️🎈🎪
