Well what a scarey afternoon.. neighbours hay shed on fire right below our house... 3 fire engines have been coming and going to refill...3 hours later they seem to be getting things under control..but it will probably smoulder for days. So greatful to the fire brigade and for offers of help from farms all around bringing bowsers of water to help...

Not all aeoniums are asleep in our garden...velour and pomegranate seem to be lapping it up..others are awaiting a drop in temperature..a bit like me... and how cute is the ruby necklace!! My new favourite plant..

What a glorious summer we are having....but come on this is wales...7 weeks of of no rain.. 5am watering getting boring but on the plus side I've not had to cut the grass

Another delivery of succulents to yesterday. Thanks for supporting small local businesses 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Took the kids into the garden for a few hours too and my my my! How beautiful it is looking at this time of year 🤩🥰🙌🏼 well worth a visit!
