On Friday 15th May we’re so excited to be exhibiting at the Pop Up Spring Fair at Penshurst Place🌿

It’s a wonderful one-day event filled with lots of fabulous small brands, so do come along if you can!

What a fabulous weekend 💚

Today we walked the cliffs from Fairlight to Hastings for the Jack in the Green Festival— a wonderfully eccentric May Day celebration that feels equal parts folk festival, street parade, and ancient seasonal ritual welcoming summer.

At the heart of it all is “Jack” — a walking tower of leaves and flowers — leading a lively procession of Morris dancers, drummers, musicians, and wonderfully costumed characters through the streets. The day ends with Jack’s symbolic “slaying,” as his greenery is torn away to release the spirit of summer 🌿

Alongside it all, the May Day Run brings thousands of bikers to the seafront — creating a buzzing, chaotic, very British atmosphere by the sea. Crowded? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.
