Match the panel size to the available dashboard space, choose the controls you actually need and keep the wording simple.

Check the dimensioned layout carefully: outside size, hole centres, cut-outs, spelling, units, symbols and operating positions.

Where fit matters, print it at 100% scale and test it on the real enclosure.

We review whether the panel can be produced; you remain in control of the technical information.

The electronics may change, but the front panel is what the operator sees every day.

A replacement fascia can remove obsolete openings, accommodate new switches or instruments and give the controls a clean set of permanent engraved legends.

A hand sketch, photograph, PDF or even a clear list of dimensions can be enough to tell us whether a custom engraved panel or label is practical.

For control panels, include the overall size, component cut-outs, fixing holes and exact wording where possible.

Both are two-ply engraving laminate, but they suit different installations.

1.6 mm works well as a low-profile overlay where the supporting surface provides the rigidity.

3.6 mm gives a more substantial fascia with extra edge depth and stiffness.
