My curry kits and side dishes are all my own recipes and therefore unique. I developed them after living in Sri Lanka and falling in love with the food. They are not traditional but use mostly Sri Lankan ingredients such as curry leaves, ceylon cinnamon and/or coconut but I have also added some less traditional spices such as paprika and black cardamom just because I loved the extra flavours they
bring to the more traditional Sri Lankan spices. I roast and grind the spices by hand in Scotland in small batches in my kitchen which ensures freshness and flavour unlike the mass produced alternatives which have been sitting in transfit for long periods of time losing flavour. I’ve been told many times that the taste and aroma are far superior to the usual alternatives. My recipes are easy to follow, tried and tested - they will have your taste buds tingling. A great idea for something special to do and to eat during lockdown. Many of my customers have been cooking them together virtually on zoom for a fun night in.
