💐💐IMPORTANT UPDATE 💐💐
After eight wonderful years in Crieff, we have some news to share regarding our physical shop.
To ensure we can continue growing and providing the best possible service, we have decided to close our Crieff shop and relocate all operations to our Auchterarder shop from immediate effect.
For over a year now we’ve been monitoring the situation and creating all Crieff orders from our Auchterarder store which has proven to be successful.
This wasn’t an easy decision from a personal view, but as many of you know, Crieff high street footfall has changed significantly over the last few years. While our shop floor has been quieter, Crieff as an area for us is and remains exceptionally busy.
We’ve noticed a significant change in market trends with the vast majority of our orders in Crieff coming via online, social media, email and phone orders therefore from a commercial view it was a much easier decision as we’re able to service both areas from 1 single location.
THE GOOD NEWS? We aren’t going anywhere. We are still delivering to Crieff every single day, our delivery charges will be the same as all our other shops and our contact details remain exactly the same. You can still:
• Call us on our usual Crieff number - 01764 680866 as this won’t change Phones will be manned Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and 9am - 2pm every Saturday.
• Order online 24/7 for delivery.
• Collections are from our Auchterarder store located at 183 High Street Auchterarder.
Thank you to everyone who has stepped through our Crieff doors since day one. We’ll miss the daily chats on the high street, but we’re super excited to serve you even better from our main Auchterarder hub. 💐
