***Stock Update***

Just a quick update for you as there has been some progress this week 🥳 Our stock system is now connected to the website with most items now showing live stock availability. This means:

Waxes - Kerawax 4600, Kerasoy 4120 and Stephenson White SLS Free are all in stock and available to order. (we will be restocking the others soon)
Citric Acid - In stock and available to order
Fragrance Oils - Still mostly out of stock, but those showing in stock should be correct.

The fragrance factories are processing our restocking orders as we speak and we expect the first batches to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Thanks yet again for your patience on this (I know, I sound like a broken record 😂)

I know it feels slow going, but we are getting there!

Our website is now back live and accepting orders but there are 2 things to be aware of:

1) The shipping module was previously not active as we are reconfiguring this. We've set it live with a standard and express shipping option for the moment while we complete the new full shipping profile. They may be a bit different to the site info so please bear with us. However, you should at least now be able to order ☺️

2) Stock is still very low as we await new deliveries. We hope to have these back in asap!

Small steps at the moment, but we are getting there! We really appreciate your amazing patience and understanding during this process 🙏

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR AMAZING PATIENCE 🙏 ***

I know it's a bit quiet from us at the moment as we're putting all our time and energy into getting stock sorted and orders out asap. But just wanted to put this up to show that orders are going out. We are getting there and should be back to full speed soon. We really appreciate your patience and understand it's been very frustrating for all over the last few weeks.

We are also working on some great ideas for everyone in our group which we hope to get started on asap. These will include competitions, product highlights, photo galleries, top tips and more... 😀🎉
