After what has been a fantastic few months, I’ve been talking to Kez & Dave, & decided to take my chocolates out of Unity.. There are a few bars left so if you’d like to buy one or two 🤭 please do go & grab one before I remove them tomorrow..
I’m take the month of August out.. But I am working silently in the back ground & booking in for my Christmas Markets.. so watch this space.. I will post my Markets month by month .. Enjoy the sunshine & each other 🥰

I wouldn’t normally recommend putting Chocolate in the fridge but with this excessive heat, that’s probably the best place for them… but keep them away from strong smelling flavours, Chocolate is great for absorbing strong tastes & flavours!!

Making Chocolate’s for Wednesday’s market.. has had its challenges.. 🥵 & knowing I still have to look after these little temperamental Chocolates until then is going to be a challenge.. 🥵 But I’m so excited by my two healthy new bars 🍫 one Dark Chocolate with Super Mixed Berries & the other a 🍫 white bar with Goji Berries & Coconut Flakes 😋 & of course my summer mixed box 🌴

This is where I will be selling my choc’s on Tuesday.. 😊
I’m in the process of making some scrummy healthy new bars.. unfortunately these will be a little bit more expensive than my plain bars due to the ingredients that has gone in them, but I will try to keep them as cheap as possible.. 🫶🏻

This is where I spend my Saturday in a lovely studio in Nottingham.. with some amazing people..
I learnt to use an airbrush with cocoa butter & how to use negative chocolate stamps (not as easy as you think) I also learnt some delicious new flavours.. We have pina colada (no alcohol), lemon & lime curd, Raspberry cheesecake & Bubble gum. They are all delicious.

⭐ We were advised to sell a box of 9 for £8 but seen as I’m still learning the negative stamps I’m selling them at £8 for a box of 12 for the month of June & July. Inbox if interested… 🥰

I made these 6 years ago.. I simmered the cream & then left the orange zest to infuse., they tasted delish 😋 & also so some chocolate truffles nestled next to them 😍
