Meet the Team – Denise Osbourne

Back in December 2024, we welcomed Denise Osbourne to EPD Insulation Group as a Sales Executive—and what a fantastic addition she’s been! With years of experience in Accounting and PR, Denise brings a sharp eye for detail, a knack for building strong relationships, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

What does she love most about her role? Everyday is different! Whether it’s pricing up jobs, offering expert product advice, or strengthening connections with customers, she thrives on keeping things dynamic and engaging.

But outside the office, Denise swaps spreadsheets for saddles! Horses and family are her world, and she’s been hooked on showjumping and dressage since she was 14. That same commitment, discipline, and competitive spirit she brings to the arena is exactly what makes her such a great team member at EPD.

Meet the EPD Team

Dave Mason has been with EPD Insulation Group since 2014, making him practically part of the furniture! From driving to yard and warehouse operations, he's seen it all – and through it all, he’s loved how EPD puts family first and looks after its team.

Dave adds; ‘I really like the variety of my role at EPD, a chance to continually learn and develop’.

At just 28, Dave was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and he raised funds for Diabetes UK by running the London Marathon for the third time. His marathon journey has even taken him abroad, including races in Holland.

When he’s not moving insulation, Dave’s all about family time – and every now and then, he helps coach his son in cross-country running.

We are thrilled to sponsor the Whittlesey Blues U16s, a team that has been together since they were just six years old! Over the years, they’ve built an incredible bond, showing true team spirit both on and off the pitch. Photo shown includes 2 coaches with some of the players alongside Lloyd Frith-Robinson, EPD Financial Director.

Whittlesey Blues FC is a fantastic grassroots football club that plays a vital role in the local community, providing young players with the opportunity to develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork. The club is built on dedication, passion, and the hard work of coaches, volunteers, and supporters who create a positive and encouraging environment for all.

One of the U16s' proudest moments came in 2022 when they reached the final of the prestigious Hereward Cup. Now, heading into this season, they’ve had a flying start—winning all five matches, scoring an impressive 32 goals, and conceding just 9! 💪🔥

Ionut joined EPD Insulation Group Ltd in 2020 as a newly licensed HGV driver. Over the past four years, he has gained extensive experience in customer relations, delivery operations, and transport compliance, all while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

His dedication and impact didn’t go unnoticed. Ionut took on additional responsibilities within the logistics department, supporting drivers, resolving customer queries, and managing work allocation. This role helped him develop invaluable operational knowledge and leadership skills.

In January 2025, Ionut’s hard work and growth were rewarded with a promotion to Logistics Support Manager. In his new role, Ionut ensures seamless logistics operations, maintains high standards of customer service, and drives efficiency across the team.

We’re pleased to introduce Carley Eaton, who joined EPD Insulation Group in October 2024 as part of our Internal Sales team. With a career spanning role in accounts, customer service, and hospitality, Carley brings a well-rounded skill set and a fresh perspective to her position. She enjoys the fast pace and variety that each day brings, embracing the challenges and opportunities that come with supporting our customers and internal teams.
