The initial horror when Ive seen the state of her but then she looks up with a huge grin on her face 😀 It was like reception all over again 😂

I have to laugh because if I didnt Id be crying over 3 brand new stained school dresses. 2 broken water bottles, 1 lunch box and an emergency purchase of toothbrush and toothpaste for school (in case oil pastel incident happens again) 🤦🏼‍♀️

A new school year is a lot to take in and there have been some big changes but so far, al be it with a little collateral damage, she seems to be enjoying her return to school 😄

All I can say is Im sorry to her teachers about the spiders 🕷️ I am praying she doesnt do it at home 🫣😱

Happy Birthday to this absolute gem of a human 🥹🧡🎂

Still blows my mind that we’ve only actually met ONCE — when I picked you up from Peterborough and we headed off to SENFest together 😂 — because it genuinely feels like I’ve known you for years.

Since then we’ve stayed in contact constantly, supporting each other, chatting business, SEND life and everything in between.

Emma, you really are one of those people I’m so grateful Calmii® brought into my life. You have the biggest heart, you’re bloody amazing at what you do, and I’m very lucky to call you my friend. 🧡

I hope you have the BEST birthday because you absolutely deserve it.
