Hope all you lovely crafty friends had a wonderful weekend! โค๏ธ
Here at Sir Stampalot, we had an amazing weekend. On Sunday, the lovely Rosie showed us the basics of the ScanNCut.
Remember that old chestnut? ๐
Mine has been sitting in a box since I got it back in 2014 (yes, 12 years ago! ๐ณ) โ and I definitely wasn't the only one!
So Rosie gave us the confidence to get those machines out of their boxes and actually USE them!
We made a super little card which covered loads of really useful techniques, including welding, grouping, scanning, resizing and calibrating. It was such a great confidence builder and gave us the mojo and encouragement we needed to finally make use of the machines that have been sitting on our crafty shelves.
Sometimes it really does make all the difference having someone there in person, showing you what to do and helping you understand how your machine works.
We had three different makes of machine on the tables, but Rosie was able to walk us all through the basics, and we all left as very happy crafty bunnies! ๐ฐโค๏ธ
And it got us thinking...
Would you be interested in a hands-on ScanNCut class?
If you have a ScanNCut that you haven't used for a while โ or perhaps you've never even got it out of the box! โ and you'd love some friendly, practical, hands-on help, let us know.
We're thinking about putting together an in-store ScanNCut class to help you get confident with your machine and actually start using it.
You'll be so glad you did! โค๏ธ
And a huge thank you to Tracey and Ali for helping out too. This is what we love about crafting โ crafters helping crafters. ๐ฅฐ
Would you come along to a class like this?
๐ Yes please!
๐ค I'd like more information
๐ณ Mine is still in the box!
