Developed in-house by The Filament Guy for our own production print farm, this 1.75mm PLA was engineered with performance, colour consistency, and print quality as the priority — the same filament we trust for our own commercial prints, now available to you.
Made from plant-based PLA, it's one of the easiest materials to print with: low warping, minimal odour, and excellent adhesion make it ideal for beginners and experienced makers alike. With a tight ±0.02mm diameter tolerance, you get smooth, consistent feeding, crisp detail, and strong layer bonding print after print. Wound on a semi-transparent spool, so you can see at a glance how much filament you have left — no more running out mid-print! Works great with all multi material feeding systems.
Perfect for prototypes, models, toys, household items, mass production parts and decorative prints.

Cookiecad Mermaid

This is Silk Mermaid- it has three magical colors on one spool! The color will change slowly over time, so small objects will only contain one color. You can print multiple items at a time, large items or increase infill to get more of the color change into a single print. The colors will transition from purple, to blue, to green, and back to purple. It is a super shiny filament, really easy to print with. But just note that silk PLA is more delicate than classic PLA so it is not recommended for structural prints or cookie cutters.
