The Saddle Bank is looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Customer Service Buyer to join our team at our headquarters in Peterborough (PE7).
This is a unique, hands-on role combining product buying, stock management and customer service excellence. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing our product range while also delivering a premium, 5-star customer experience across all touchpoints ⭐
You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the right products at the right time, while confidently supporting customers with product advice, handling complex queries and protecting our premium brand reputation.
If you bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a true customer-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
📍 Full-time | Office-based in Peterborough (PE7)
💷 Salary £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
