Did you know we fry in beef dripping? 🐟🍟
It's the traditional way, and honestly, it's the best way.

Beef dripping fries at a higher temperature than oil, which means a crisper batter, chips that hold their crunch, and that proper rich flavour you just don't get any other way. It's how a chippy tea is meant to taste.

It's not the cheapest option, and it's not the easiest. But it's the right one. 💛

And for those of you who already know the difference it makes... you know. 😉
