Large handmade pasta, noodle or serving bowl

Handmade stoneware bowl.

This one of a kind dish has deep sides so also perfect for Pho or ramen style noodles with a broth.

It has a soft blue/ turquoise glaze that breaks amber over the rim. it has visible throwing lines left inside.

It was hand thrown in durable white stoneware and is good for displaying and serving hot and cold food.

it stands 6cm high and is 23cm wide and it’s dishwasher safe.

Christmas is approaching 😬
We will be opening this Sunday 3rd November from 11 am by St Nicholas Church in Pevensey Village.

Hand thrown in durable buff stoneware clay, this rustic tumbler would look great on a dining table or in the garden on a hot day. Great for beer and cold drinks as the stoneware body is a poor conductor of heat so it’ll keep the contents cool for longer.

The outer surface or the clay has been deeply scored before glazing to give textural interest and grip.

This deep blue/ indigo glaze has a white “float” that gives the surface a mottled white cloud effect. The flat bottom has my stamp in blue and is unglazed. The high fired stoneware clay body is non porous so doesn’t need to be glazed.

They stand approximately 13cm high x 11cm wide and hold over a pint. They would hold a pint of beer and have room for the head! Or plenty of room for ice in a lemonade on a warm day.

Each one is individually made and there are slight variations in size and texture.

They are microwave and dishwasher safe.
