We have a great selection of herbaceous perennials and shrubs to choose from. Planting now will give them the best start; allowing them to develop a good root system over the cooler months.

We are enjoying the fabulous late summer colours in the Plant Centre…Statuesque Rudbeckia laciniata ‘Herbstsonne’ (photo 2) also known rather appropriately as ‘Autumn Sun’ is a great plant for the back of a border, and pairs beautifully with tall grasses for an impressive late summer display.

If you need persuading to add some yellow to your garden then just look at the bee enjoying the Dahlia ‘Bishop of York’ ! ☀️☀️

31/07/2026

As we prepare to enter late summer in the plant centre, our displays have been refreshed and are filled with inspiration…Dahlias, Heleniums, Rudbeckia, Echinacea, Kniphofia and of course some wonderful grasses and so much more☀️🪴

Open again tomorrow from 8am
