JOB DESCRIPTION -

We are interested to hear from individuals with previous Customer Service and Order processing experience.
Our business is a market leader providing beautiful glassware and tableware to the retail and hospitality sectors. The Customer Services team are the first point of contact for all customers by phone and email, dealing with enquiries, queries, and order processing.
You will be joining a great team who are hard working, passionate about the business but also know how to have fun.
Salary will be commensurate with level of position.
PRIME OBJECTIVE OF THE TEAM -
β’ To complete customer orders and other data entry responsibilities
β’ To deliver a first-class service to our customers
β’ Liaise with customers on all queries, pricing, deliveries and order tracking
β’ Work with key account advisors, assisting in administration for customer portfolios. A can do, confident and professional attitude
β’ Work with other departments across the business to maintain effective communication and support each other
β’ Pro-actively and with training grow product knowledge, to improve the level of customer service delivered
PREREQUISITES-
β’ A can do, confident and professional attitude
β’ Must have good computer skills - All Microsoft Office programs, particularly excel
β’ Experience with Sage200 is desirable but not necessary as training will be given
β’ Excellent telephone and email communication skills
β’ Attention to detail especially when processing orders
β’ Must be able to meet deadlines
GENERAL-
β’ To attend staff meetings and training as required
β’ To actively follow company polices
β’ To maintain housekeeping standards
β’ To maintain accurate administration of IT records as directed
β’ To communicate and document customer feedback for quality assurance purposes
β’ To make recommendations to direct report, on ways to continually improve the customer service
β’ Maintain an ongoing detailed knowledge of company products, systems and apply it effectively in understanding customer needs, diagnosing requirements and offering solutions
