IG LIVE! ✨
This Wednesday at 1pm (UK time), I’m going LIVE with lovely Zoë of Ériu Yarns!   I totally fell in love with her, her yarns and the mission behind the yarns when I met her in March. 
We’ve recently added stunning Ériu Elements yarn to our shelves, and I’d love to share with you why we love it so much. 
Ériu is helping to restore value to Irish wool through a fully traceable farm-to-yarn network across Ireland - working directly with small family farms, spinning locally, and proving that heritage wool can be both deeply luxurious and deeply meaningful. 
Elements is a beautifully balanced DK spun from Bluefaced Leicester and Romney wool.

I’m loving these Tees/Tops for this Summer:

1. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿   I’m thinking Kinu + Tetsu in two different colours for some tweedy texture.  Or Curly Cotton by Gepard. 
2. 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝘆 @𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗸𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀  It’s knit with Palet + Trio 2 by .   But I also kinda fancy a bit of Velveteen Rabit for this one..   Or Sabri II by . Or Cotton Waves by  
3. 𝗞𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘄𝗮   Hello, Bedhead Silk!!  Or Hør Silke by Gepard - yum!! 
4. 𝗥𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁   Ito Tetsu held double.. or with some Kin Gin for the glitz..  Or Angel Undyed 4ply in Fawn for the pure lux. 
5. 𝗛𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗻   This went straight into my “for Antigone” by folder. (top up of stock coming next week).  I fancy it in Suave by too.. 
6. 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿   Ito Kinu plus Trio 1 by Isager for softness and the best drape.  But also, Krea Cotton for a pure organic cotton tee . 
7. 𝗛Ø𝗥 𝗻𝗼 𝟭 𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗞𝗷𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀𝗲𝗻  LOVE a cap sleeve striped tee! Fior di Lino by would make this one extra special!  Pair it with Arctic Pearl for the contrast stripes? 
8. 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗲   Plain or striped - or both!!   Merino Cloud Minis for stripes. Or ice cream balls of Krea Cotton.  Merilin or Sabri for plain. Ooh - or Arctic Pearl!! 
9. 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗾 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼  Love Intarsia!! It has to be Merino Cloud by for the best colours imaginable, and Summer luxury. 
10. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆   This Løvetand by version is my fav so far! Even more mesmerising in real life! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!  Like any of these? Tell me your Summer Knit plans!! Would love to include them on another post.

LAINE 29: Damson, includes 15 beautiful knits well-suited for warmer seasons. The patterns are worked in a variety of techniques, from intricate cables and modern openwork to cosy brioche and meditative stockinette stitch. The photos capture the spirit of lazy, lingering summer days in the garden. The photoshoot drew inspiration from the movie The Hours, particularly the effortless style of Clarissa Vaughan, portrayed by Meryl Streep, as well the beauty of the English countryside, which serves as the backdrop for one of the film’s storylines.

Laine Issue 28 YARN RECOMMENDATIONS! 🧶
