If you were drawn to the first card you were drawn to the 9 of Pentacles.
It is the time of the first Harvest, it is time that we should be reaping the reward for all our hard work. 9 of Pentacles is a card of Luxury, however for some meeting basic needs is hard enough!
Numerologically speaking 9 is the end of a cycle, however you are currently paused in a cycle that never ends. Fear of lack, lack of money, struggle and survival. Survival mode affects our self worth and self esteem, it drives us to work harder, almost punishing ourselves in that process!
This is the cycle that you must break, stop buying into the capitalist, patriarchal belief that hard work brings rewards. Start looking at all the tools you have at your disposal, and just like the magician card, use all of them to your advantage!
Luxury doesn't have to be expensive if you're creative, give yourself an afternoon off, putting your feet up and saying FU to the dishes is luxury for our tired Spirits! Find ways to gift yourself, spend time with friends, family and people that bring you joy. Community is luxury for the soul!
You're worth every moment of time you gift yourself! That's not going to bring money to the bank in and of itself, it will begin to break the cycle and help you direct your energy in a new direction!
Plus it's the first of three harvests, you could craft a ritual to let the harvest consume your survival mode, scarcity and lack. To allow the seeds of prosperity and abundance to be planted in the spring so that you can reap the rewards at the next harvest!
And if that feels too long of a process, remember that the same process of banishing, planting and harvesting is carried out every 28 days with the Moon!
We are all living in a s**t period of time, where financial struggles are being experienced by most of us. No one needs to feel ashamed for struggling. Let's manifest a better future together!
