A bit of a reflection post today!

Between these two photos is 3 and a half stone lost and I still have around another 3 and a half to go.

In my adult life (mostly since having children) I have struggled with my weight. I can lose weight but I always get to around the 2 stone lost mark and then gain it all back again then some. Usually when something happens in my life, like losing mum or last year when dad went into a coma.

I am determined this time will be the last time and I will finally get to target.

Perimenopause is not my friend either ! I am glad we live in a time where women don't feel embarrassed or ashamed to talk about the effects of menopause.

I've just taken delivery of some new tumblers. Now these are suitable for both hot and cold drinks, however you can't use the straw with hot drinks. Would this put you off?? They're the same size as my current travel mugs but they are double walled so will keep your drink hotter or cooler for longer.

FOOTBALL WAS AWESOME AND I NEED TESTERS PLEEEASE

It's coming home... So I am a bit tired today as I did get up at 1am and then 2am as the match was delayed due to storms. What a cracking match though, who got up to watch??

I have added these travel bottles so far... I will be adding dental, midwife, nursery key worker, post person, marble background and office designs tomorrow. They are all available as female and male designs. When you have placed your order I will explain what personalisation deets I will need as all mugs are slightly different.

I will need testers for the following:
