🌾 What a day! From Field to Fork & Beyond 🚜🐴♻️
A HUGE thank you to absolutely everyone who helped make our MVV Summer Open Day – From Field to Fork & Beyond such an incredible success today!
It was fantastic to see so many families enjoying themselves, meeting the beautiful Dartmoor Hill Pony Performance Shows Devon, discovering more about farming, engineering, sustainability and where our food comes from, and getting involved in all the activities across the site.
A massive thank you to Farmwise Devon, our farmers, exhibitors, community organisations, volunteers, colleagues and everyone else who gave their time, enthusiasm and expertise to help us bring the whole day together. We simply couldn’t have done it without you.
The aim was to bring farming and engineering together and show how everything connects – from Field to Fork & Beyond – and seeing children and adults alike asking questions, learning, exploring and, most importantly, having fun made all the hard work worthwhile.
And, of course, thank you to every single person who came along and supported us. The atmosphere throughout the day was brilliant.
We think this might just have been our best one yet! 💙
