It’s rare to find someone who cares as much about the details as we do, but working with CJ was a masterclass in precision. He’ll tell you it was one of the most challenging and frustrating projects he’s ever tackled, and we don’t blame him, but we are so incredibly proud of the result.

Thank you, CJ, for your patience, for understanding our vision perfectly, and for the exhaustive research you put in before even putting pen to paper. You didn't just give us a logo, you gave us an entirely new identity that truly represents who we are.

🚨 NEW ECTO-1 CODE 3 UPGRADES 🚨

Two new upgrades have just landed for the 1:8 Ghostbusters ECTO-1, both designed to improve one of the most iconic areas of the model — the rotating Code 3 lightbars.

Both kits include everything needed to upgrade the front and rear Code 3 lightbars.

The new Code 3 QuietDrive Kit tackles one of the biggest complaints with the stock setup, the horrifically loud motors! Two purpose-built motor controllers slow the rotators to a much more natural speed while dramatically reducing the harsh screeching noise, making the lightbars far more enjoyable to actually use on display.

It also includes four Motor Dampening Strips to help reduce vibration and rattling inside the motor enclosures.

Alongside it, the new Code 3 Reflector & Mirror Kit corrects the inaccurate double reflectors found in the stock model, replacing them with the single-reflector setup seen on the screen-used ECTO-1.

The kit also adds the missing four-sided mirrored divider panels positioned between the rotating lights — another subtle detail that helps bring the Code 3 assemblies much closer to the original movie car.

The reflectors come fully painted and ready to install, using the original screws supplied with the model.

Salvat has launched Herbie as a 1:8 partwork — and I think there are going to be a lot of very jealous modellers around the world right now! 😍

Here’s hoping we see this iconic little car make its way to other countries in the future, because I for one would love to add Herbie to my collection.

The Jaws Orca Weathering Kits are proving incredibly popular — and it’s easy to see why. They’re a brilliantly enjoyable way to add another level of realism to your Agora Models Orca.

Last night, Will's Workshop tackled his Orca engine live, starting out a little nervous having never used Tamiya Weathering Master kits before. Within minutes, he’d completely got the hang of them, was having great fun experimenting, and had totally transformed the look of his engine.
