The ribbons been ordered, the moss is on its way, I have made up the willow bases and will be dusting off the Christmas CD’s.
I know it’s early but at least we aren’t in a heatwave anymore 🫣 and a few of you have already been asking. So on Saturday I am going to be getting my two Christmas wreath workshop dates, 29th November and the 5th December, up on the website.

What to expect at one of our Christmas Wreath Workshops.
Festive tunes, fresh foliage, learning new skills and meeting new friends.
We will be making a beautiful fresh foliage door wreath where I’ll be teaching you how to go from a plain willow base to a lush masterpiece.
Perfect for beginners and crafty enthusiasts.
The ticket price includes all materials and some
Mince pies and non alcoholic mulled wine.
Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy (festive jumpers encouraged!)

Anyone else like to be super organised and are already planning for Christmas? I may have already started my Christmas shopping 🫣 I know it feels to early but there are only 108 days until Christmas! We all want a beautiful wreath on the door to brighten up the gloom so I'm going to get our wreath workshops tickets up on the website on Sunday morning. So pop it in your diary if you want to book a spot as I've only got two dates planned this year.

We are heading into another really busy time on the farm. As we are still cutting what blooms the field has left after the drought I'm also busy with seed sowing, pricking out, planting out and getting the field ready to be bursting with blooms for spring 2027. There are never enough hours in the day at this time of year!

Little throw back to this very autumnal feeling giant vase birthday arrangement I created last year. Sadly the dahlias are really struggling this year. I think it might be time to lift them, divide them and give the soil a revamp for next year.
