❌ANNOUNCMENT❌

A sad but needed post 😢😢

We have today made the difficult decision to close the sweet shop on gillygate 💔 it’s losing too much money with bills and overheads and we have faced many struggles such as a loss of customers visiting us compared to what we have had in the last couple of years last year was horrific 😢 especially since the road works began last year it had a massive effect on our business and had a major impact on the people coming into town and it’s just hasn’t bounced back like we had hoped the footfall and customer base just isn’t there! We still get orders for birthdays cones and bouquets and invites to galas fayers and such but it’s just not enough

on that note 😉….

Not all is lost we will be relocating our cafe in station lane where you will still be able to get all your favourites sweets, all orders will still be held and continue to be taken I just need time to get the transition underway 🚧 this been said I will be focusing on the bouquets, party cones and attending event all your favorite traditional and pick n mix will be available inside Phoebe's cafe within a few weeks 💜

‼️CLOSING DOWN SALE ‼️
I will be doing a one day sale on Friday where you can grab a cracking bargain on bulk mixes and stock I won’t have room for after the move along with getting rid of a few pieces of equipment that I won’t be taking along with me.

ITS CHRISTMAS!!
I would just like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year!!

we have some news to share our lease is nearly up in town and the trade up there is shocking due to the road works and parking situations the town is becoming a ghost town you’ll of heard the term “use us or lose us” it’s a shame I loved it on gillygate but the trade isn’t there anymore so I have made the decision to combine my cafe and sweetshop delivery’s of sweets will be available and there will still ve a shop to choose your own!
so there will be some changes made after Christmas and hopefully the move will be completes by April! Thankyou always for your continued support ❤️

Don’t forget we are only open Friday the 19th this week for collections of the bouquets please don’t let me down! Any that’s not collected will be blacklisted to not be able to order with us again and order will be resold to someone else if not collected by 3pm Friday I can only do a certain amount of these which means I often have to say no to people so I’d appreciate it if everyone stuck to their word please I have worked so hard completing them all with time care and love please have the same respect back ❤️❤️❤️❤️ don’t forget to grab all your Christmas sweets and treats Friday to see you over the festive period 🍬🍫🍭
