While I was busy learning to be a race driver, my son (age 11) was out walking about the track learning how to photograph cars! I’m so impressed with the results, and I think he’s quite chuffed too!

I completed my second event at Harewood Hill Climb at the weekend. It was a vintage special with some stunning cars, including these vintage race cars.

I was on track in the BoxBoxBoxster and managed 2nd in my class of 4, losing out to the talented (and way more experienced 😜 )

And as ever, my daughter was there cheering me on from behind the barriers, “go daddy”!!

Have to admit I’m enjoying with motorsport lark. It’s a heck of a lot of fun.

Hey everyone - the weekend is here - my first event. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a tad nervous but here we are.

I’m competing in my first Hill Climb Sprint at Harewood this weekend
